Taxand Netherlands law firm registration
The advocates listed below have registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas:
a. Jimmie van der Zwaan is registered for the principal legal practice area of Tax Law;
b. Martijn Jaegers is registered for the principal legal practice area of Tax Law;
c. Sander Michaël is registered for the principal legal practice area of Tax Law;
Based on this registration, they are required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
The firm is unable to receive third-party funds because it no longer has a Foundation for Third-Party Funds (“Stichting Derdengelden“) at its disposal.
